– Mark Twain

If you come for cooking therapy, we are going to spend ca. 15 hours together. These sessions are very personalized, so I cannot tell exactly what is going to happen. But here is a guide about the more or less. Coaching is optimized for 5 meeting, once a week. All meetings are going to be a mix of coaching and cooking. Depending on where we are in the therapy process, and on the food we make, classes can vary.
All the foods we are making are slow foods. Whenever you will re-make them or create something new from the basic ideas (recipes), it will remind you of what we talked about on the sessions.
There is no such “recipe” that works for everybody. Therefore I am not using one method, which then can be used for everyone, but an individual therapy. There are solutions for every kind of problems and we will look for them together. We will write the “recipe” together to help you out from a situation, but you will also personalize it to your own taste. On this way, after the sessions without the therapist, you will not be helpless. You will solve your problems more efficiently after the therapy.
Every meeting is about 3 hours long. The coaching part takes an hour, the cooking takes 2 hours. Depending on the dish we make, we will have the coaching session at once or divided into more sections.
In the end you are going to able cook basically anything from what you have at home. You gained confidence in the kitchen, how to improvise and make up a delicious breakfast, quick lunch or a slow cooked delicate dinner and different chocolate desserts. You learn the basics of cooking, and you are a chef of your home, family and friends.
