It is the easiest and fastest pickles you have ever made! Try to make it, you will love the sweet-sour and crunchy, purple-pink colored onions. Takes about 10 minutes to make (and to eat) it!

Ingredients
2 onions
100 ml red wine vinegar
100 ml water
5 tbsp sugar
Cut the onion into paper-thin slices. Boil the water and vinegar with the sugar. Place the onions into a jar, pour the syrup over, cool and serve. Keep it in the fridge, and eat it with everything. 😮
