Ingredients

a handful of lilac flowers

half a lemon

5 tbsp sugar

mint and rosemary

2 stalks rhubarb

Slice the rhubarb, cook them in water with the lemon, sugar, flowers and some of the herbs for about 15 minutes. Strain the whole and pour it into a jar or bottle. Add some more herbs before closing it.
