I will give a cooking course in Denmark, so if you are here, come and join.

The menu is quiche lorraine and risotto with saffron. You are also going to hear about how to make a proper stock for the risotto. If you would like to join, do not forget your quiche mold, because I am sure, you would like to take it home 🙂 We are going to have a glass of white wine and looots of fun together, I am sure.
